she was born on March 21,1970. She is from Trivandrum, Kerala. She
acted in several languages, most of are Malayalam. She started her
acting in 1980 as a child actress in the film Bhaktha Druv Markanteya. her next film was April 8 in 1984 directed by Balachandra Menon. She was a leading actress in south Indian films during the 1980's and 1990's.
